20 Minute Balance Workouts
This woman does a great job explaining how to do some basic balance yoga poses.
If you are stressed out, can't sleep or got anxiety this relaxing routine is perfect for you, it is a bit longer than the others.
This is a great challenging yoga balance flow for all around balance, strength, and flexibility.
My favorite part of the routine is when she explains and shows how to do a headstand.
Headstands are beyond my skill level, but I look forward to getting there one day.
30 minute balance workouts
This a nice relaxing, flowing whole body workout /stretching routine is good for people at beginner or intermediate fitness levels.
Another relaxing total body balancing yoga flow, this one is a bit more challenging than the one above.
This woman also does a good job explaining how to do an headstand.
Don't worry if you can not do a headstand you can skip it. It is only 30 seconds of the flow
Balance Workouts over 30 minutes
This is an advanced level balance workout. This woman has impressive strength, flexibility and balances it would probably take me years to get to the degree of flexibility she has.
If you have excellent flexibility and are up for a challenge, do this routine.
Around 15 minutes of this routine involves meditation.
