Vew-do Board tricks

I put vew-do boards into their own category because their unique design allows you to do types of tricks that you can not do with a traditional balance board compared to traditional balance boards.

Vew-do boards enable you to do ollies, flipping tricks spins and rotations and can simulate the carving feeling done in board sports this is why Vew-do boards are the best choices for skateboarders and snowboarders.

Vew-do boardshave a steeper learning curve than boards that use rollers, to learn more about these board check out my Vew-Do board guide.

Balance board exercises

Balance board exercises are generally bodyweight exercises, but I have seen some videos of people using free weights and kettlebells while on a balance board.

I think using heavy free weights or kettlebells on a balance board with a roller is too dangerous if you take a fall you can end up having the weight land on you additionally having your hands occupied will make it harder to fall correctly.

A safer way of combining balance and strength training on your balance board is to use a with a stability pad instead of a roller with your balance board.

A stability pad or balance cushion will allow you to control how challenging you want the exercise to be by varying how much air you put in the pad.

For addition exercises to practice on your balance board with a stability pad, check out my guides for arm balance exercises and standing balance exercises. The guides will give you over 50 additional exercises you can do on your balance board.
