Unfortunately i am no balance guru i am just an average person looking to improve his balance. When i first started looking for ways to improve my balance i slowly found their are many different ways to do so. I am putting this site together so anybody looking to improve their balance can see the range of options they have and to decide witch direction they want to take their balance training.
Please bear with me as i put this site together and expand it into something awesome this is my first time putting a site together so there is a bit of a learning curb to it.
I will appreciate any type of feedback in the comment section, ideas to add to the site, corrections, what you hate about it or me, or if you want to volunteer any information on how you have improved your balance from beginner to advanced i will find a place for it on this site.
